And I hope I succeeded — because up next, we’ve got a coffee from Uganda. A real treat here at HAYB. It blew us away on the cupping table — a full-on fruit bomb. Norman’s farm sits at the foot of Mount Elgon in Uganda, sourcing beans from Sironko, Mbale, Bulambuli, and Kapchorwa. Norman, with nearly 20 years in the coffee game, has been specializing in natural coffees since 2018, constantly fine-tuning his processing to hit the perfect flavor profile. I’m super stoked that a gem like this is sitting in the penultimate spot — buckle up, because tomorrow it’s going to get even better!
