Those beans were sourced from Costa Rica, La Guaca farm, run by Urena Family. Thanks to the full honey processing, they are perfectly sweet, full-bodied, with a bright spark of acidity and lots of fruits. We loved it from the beginning – hope you share that sentiment, too!
